HOW DO I ACCESS MY PROGRAM?

HOW LONG ARE THE WORKOUTS?

Aside from long runs in certain programs, expect to be training 5x a week for at least 30 to 60 minutes.

It is cool to think you are doing a navy thing while at the pool. I am seeing more definition and power in my shoulders when I'm doing my regular workouts at the gym
